Delivery, Shipping & Pick-ups

We offer White Glove Delivery Service on all furniture items in the state of Florida. With exceptional care, we will deliver, unpack, and assemble your items.

White Glove Delivery Service includes:

  • Uncrating and unpacking
  • Inspection and preparation
  • Delivery to the room of your choice by delivery professionals
  • Placement and assembly of furniture pieces
  • Removal of debris associated with delivery
  • In-home service warranty (applicable only in Florida)

We also offer Drop-off Delivery Service within certain parts of the United States.

Days & Times for Delivery

Marcellino Furniture offers same-day delivery to Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Martin Counties for in-store orders. Customers within our delivery area can request a specific delivery time frame for an additional fee.

Orders placed on are typically ready to leave our Distribution Center within 48 hours of payment verification, provided the selected items are in stock. Out of state customers can expect their delivery between 10 to 15 business days, after the order has been processed. For all orders, our delivery team will contact you to confirm your chosen delivery date. Please, be available on the confirmed date to ensure timely delivery. To reschedule your delivery date, please contact Customer Care at 561-717-0800. All delivery windows are dependent upon road, traffic and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule any delivery in the event it becomes necessary.

Tracking Your Delivery

All Marcellino Furniture and deliveries are confirmed with the customer before the items are loaded onto the delivery truck. A Delivery Professional will re-confirm the time of delivery one hour prior to arrival. We provide tracking numbers for deliveries shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

In-store & Warehouse Pick-ups

Pick-up is available from our main Distribution Center located at:
6615 Norton Avenue West Palm Beach, FL 33405

Please, keep the following in mind when picking up your order:

  • Customers must provide a safe and adequate vehicle to transport their merchandise.
  • Customers picking up orders will need to present the Paid Invoice at the time they pick up their merchandise. Merchandise will not be released without a Paid Receipt.
  • Marcellino Furniture assumes no responsibility for damage to furniture, auto, or other property nor for personal injury that may occur as a result of unsafe loading or assembly.

All pick-ups are by appointment only. You may schedule to pick up your order during the following times:

Monday – Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
